In March 2023, we conducted a trial in Machakos County, with the Kenyan Agriculture Insurance Programme. The results of this trial and the resulting methodology are enclosed in this report.

Using Opus™, the Green Enterprise team collaborated with the project manager of the Kangundo Crop Cut – also the director of all operations pertaining to crops in the sub-county – to partially digitalise the extension process. Doing so notably reduced project overhead, and increased transparency and oversight over the individual Crop Cuts undertaken as part of the activity.
